3. A detailed questionnaire will be sent to you shortly before the event. It is then that you decide on optional extras and background music.

Terms and conditions

  • To secure the date, a booking fee of €295 (non-refundable) is required. Balance is due in full on the event day.
  • If videographer is required at the reception, bar food to be provided for the videographer while the main event meal is under way.
  • Due to traffic or other delays, it may not be always possible to capture the couple arriving at the reception venue.
  • The videographer retains total editorial control at all times.
  • In the unlikely event of any act that may cause loss or damage to footage or in the unlikely event of a cancellation by the videographer, the videographer’s liability shall be limited to a refund of all monies paid.
  • The videographer cannot be held responsible for poor acoustics and/or poor lighting conditions that are beyond his control.
  • If your event date is rescheduled, a booking for the new date can only be accepted if the videographer has availability for that new date. If the videographer is NOT available, the original booking deposit can only be refunded if the videographer can secure a new booking for the original date.
